Our team is creative, organized, and highly detail-oriented member to its growing team. This position requires an ability to work efficiently and flexibly, juggling multiple projects and initiatives to meet deadlines and company goals in our fun, fast-paced environment.

YOU WILL:

• Assist with SKU creation for a new product line launches
• Keep key department documents and processes (e.g., launch and operations calendar) up-to-date while identifying opportunities for ongoing process improvement
• Work with marketing, sales, and social media teams to support key growth initiatives for Schumacher’s new product line
• Manage additional logistics as needed (e.g., new vendor forms, launch collateral, operational details supporting any events, etc.)

• Assist with landing page, product page, and collection uploads for new product launches
• Assist eComm and Product Merchandising teams in uploading and improving website tagging and filtered searches
• Partner with the Photography and Product Merchandising team to ensure all imagery and product information is correct for new collections
• Jump in and assist on any invoicing processes
• Create new processes for customer service inquiries and order inquiries for new products

YOU HAVE:

• 0 to 2 years professional experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-motivated, proactive, fearless and positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• A love of design
• An interest in building a career at the intersection of business and design!

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• An eagerness to learn while keeping up in a fast-paced environment
