About The Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic financial plans, managing cost center reporting, and providing comprehensive financial reporting. Expertise in forecasting, budgeting, leadership support, and expense tracking is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the preparation of monthly actuals reporting, including variance analysis and narrative commentary.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date cost center reports.
  • Prepare and update financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the annual budget.
  • Provide financial support to senior leadership, including preparing Board decks and presentations.
  • Track and manage accruals to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.

This is Hybrid Role, and you will be based Onsite 4 Days Week in our beautiful NYC Corporate Headquarters.

Job requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
  • Experience with Vena or other reporting tools.
  • Expertise in cost center reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
